Full description

The Norwegian Forest Cat is a powerful, slow-maturing cat built for climbing and movement. It often enjoys family life while retaining a degree of independence. Tall, sturdy climbing structures and large scratching posts are essential, together with daily play appropriate to its size. The dense double coat needs regular combing and extra attention during seasonal shedding, while portion control helps distinguish a healthy substantial frame from excess weight.
