Full description

The Somali is the semi-long-haired relative of the Abyssinian and shares its energetic, exploratory nature. It needs tall climbing structures, robust scratching posts, puzzle activities and several interactive play sessions every day. The ticked coat and full tail require regular gentle combing, especially during shedding. This is not a passive lap cat: insufficient movement, novelty or social contact can lead to boredom and frustration.
