1. Promoter and initiative
The initiative is promoted by Wefido and is connected with the opening of registrations on the platform. Participation is free and does not require a purchase.
2. How to participate
To participate, enter a valid email address in the waitlist form and confirm it through the link received. Any consent to the newsletter is separate, optional and does not affect participation.
3. Available places and order
The initiative is reserved for the first 50 registrations with a confirmed email, determined by the date and time recorded by Wefido systems. Each person may participate only once and with one email address.
4. Gift and later instructions
The nature of the gift remains confidential during the waitlist phase. People among the first 50 will later receive a communication describing the gift, the required activities, timing and the steps needed to receive it. The gift cannot be converted into cash or transferred unless Wefido states otherwise in writing.
5. Communications and no response
Communications will be sent to the confirmed address. Participants are responsible for checking spam or junk folders and following the instructions within the deadlines that will be communicated. If there is no response or the address cannot be reached, Wefido may contact the next person in confirmation order.
6. Fair participation
Wefido may exclude duplicate or automated registrations, entries made with invalid data, or entries obtained through fraudulent behaviour or conduct contrary to these terms. Checks will be limited to what is necessary to protect the fairness of the initiative.
7. Changes or suspension
In the event of technical issues, force majeure or circumstances outside Wefido’s reasonable control, the initiative may be changed, suspended or postponed. Any material change will be communicated transparently and will not affect rights already accrued, unless objectively impossible.
8. Personal data
Data is processed to manage the waitlist, verify positions and send communications related to the initiative. Promotional purposes rely only on the separate optional newsletter consent. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.
