Full description

The Kishu Ken Ken is a powerful, agile hunting breed that often forms a close bond with familiar people while remaining cautious with strangers. Strong prey drive, independent decisions and possible selectivity around other dogs require early socialisation, secure handling and patient reward-based training. Recall should not be assumed near wildlife. The dense double coat is straightforward between seasonal periods of heavy shedding.
