Full description

The Pomeranian is intelligent, curious and energetic despite its tiny size. It needs daily walks, play, socialisation and kind, consistent training rather than being carried everywhere. Its alert nature can develop into persistent barking without calm guidance. The dense double coat requires regular brushing, while the small jaw needs early dental care. Gentle handling and supervision are important around young children and larger animals.
